The SBF Challenge comprises of 8 separate weeks. Each week focuses on a specific theme and will have a 7 day task to complete:

WEEK 7: Support network

Each SBF Challenge has different training sessions, different meal plans (we like to call them “fuel plans”) and is a totally different experience. We believe that “wellness” is a journey and each day is an opportunity to learn and grow.
