Sally Brouwer is the owner and creator of the award winning “SBF Challenge” which has helped thousands of people achieve their health, fitness and lifestyle goals.
Sally has a degree in Leisure management and has been teaching health and fitness for over 23 years as a group fitness instructor, resort leisure attendant, Police operational skills and tactics instructor, workshop presenter and personal trainer.
In 2014 she received the prestigious “Australian Personal Trainer of the year” award due to her accomplishments and results with the SBF Challenge.
Sally understands what it means to be busy! She’s a mum to triplets, Director of her own company, Coordinates a fitness program at a private Brisbane girls school and Instructs several yoga classes each week. She’s a regular columnist for fitness and lifestyle magazines offering professional advice to assist people on their own wellness journeys.

Geoff has 20 years experience working as a registered psychologist and is a member of the Australian Psychological Society.
He has worked across a broad range of industries including working in sport. Geoff worked with Olympic and elite athletes at the Queensland Academy of Sport, assisting them with their careers and education. He has previously worked providing psychological services to Australian Football League Players Association (AFLPA) and currently holds a contract with the Football Federation of Australia (FFA) providing independent psychological services to athletes.

Peita is an accredited practicing dietitian and exercise physiologist specialising in sports nutrition and weight management. She has a variety of experience in the health industry, having worked in Queensland Health, in corporate health as well as at the Queensland Academy of Sport, Wesley Weight Management Clinic and the Brisbane Lions Academy and Brisbane Lions Football Club.
Peita is also an accredited sports dietitian, having worked with athletes from recreational weekend warriors, to elite athletes including: water polo, track and field, AFL and swimming.
She believes the key to weight maintenance and optimal health is an active lifestyle supplemented with a balanced nutritional approach (which is why she’s on the SBF team).
“There is nothing wrong with enjoying food and alcohol; this is a normal part of life. The key is to do this in moderation and understand your balance.”
Kelly is our admin and welfare support member. She insists on wearing this as her SBF uniform and if you look this good in it, how could we say no!
She’s a single mum to 6 kids (4 of whom are foster kids), works full time, is race director at a local parkrun event, volunteers for numerous charities and houses stray and injured animals in her spare time.
If she can’t make you feel better about yourself and help you on your SBF wellness journey, no one can!
Ben is our all rounder! He’s responsible for IT, training support and admin. He’s also responsible for providing our members with an extra tough workout each week. We call these “BENWOWS” Ben’s Workout Of the Week.
